UI Reboot

this afternoon while checking on my campus websites for check out whats new on my campus (was), the shocking things happen they have reboot to the new look see.

In my opinion from this new look:

1. Its more clean, off course u can see yellow everywhere. but it clean. two words for the new look is simple and clean. but first thing that catch to your eyes is the animation. may be they wants u to see the ‘glance’ of the campus.

2.  Wow!! they change their tag into the university with world class perspective from the old is towards world class university. what a big difference.

3. the web nafigation more simple and easy, and compatible anywhere.

4. still not comply with web standards. but its less than before.

Good Reboot. Nicely done. Good Work

Indosat di Demo. Tanya Kenapa ?

Emang sih tadi pagi sewaktu datang ke kantor kayaknya gak da pa pa??

dateng jam 7:40 after a long jouney from depok to myoffice

ternyata abis itu ada  demo dari telkom terkait dengan pembukaan akses SLJJ untuk indosat. tapi gak kedengaran juga sih kan (from 10th floor )

dan itu juga baru taunya setelah baca detik .

terkait dengan demo tersebut ada sedikit kenapa telkom harus melakukan demo :

1.  telkom adalah penyedia jaringan telepon fixed yang telah cukup lama dan jaringannya sudah tersebar luas di Indonesia. hal ini pun juga terkait dengan telkom dulunya adalah pemain tunggal PSTN.

2. Terkait dengan keputusan KPPU tentang persaingan dalam dunia usaha, maka pemerintah menunjuk indosat sebagai penyedia jaringan telepon fix. melalui produknya yaitu i-phone.

3.  kemudian keluarlah keputusan menteri komunikasi dan informasi yaitu Kep. MenKom No. 480/2007, yang meminta telkom untuk membuka akses SLJJ untuk indosat.

4. dengan demikian pelanggan telkom bisa mengakses kode SLJJ milik indosat.

Kalo boleh menyimpulkan kenapa karyawan telkom bisa sampe demo gitu ya karena infrastrukturnya digunakan untuk akses SLJJ-nya indosat dan jadi harus membayar indosat untuk biaya sambungan tersebut.

Terus salah siapa ya???
